I have 2 images to show you because this effect is so easy to get that I made another one right away without even referring back to the tutorial. But I found out that smaller pics would need a little tweaking because it didn't turn out the same. The brush strokes were a bit too big thus the pic would look like a blotted mess. Change some of the filter effect settings.
