30 Greenpeace activists peacefully protesting oil drilling in the Arctic in Russia have been jailed and accused of piracy. They are not permitted bail. They have been in jail for 50 days now.
You can help free them just by signing your name to a pre-written letter (you can also change the message) at the Greenpeace website. Each letter will be mailed to the Russian Embassy to build pressure on the activists release. So far, Greenpeace has collected 2 million signatures.
